Tefillin Straps known as Retzuot Elyon are made from the upper section of the hide, leading to softer, smoother and better quality straps. Two straps are included, of width 15 mm / 0.6 in. The Hand Strap measures 4.5 m / 15 ft and the Head Strap measures 3 m / 10 ft.
