Directions for traditional cooked version of "Kafe Turki"
1. Boil water equivalent to the number of cups required
2. Add a heaped tea spoon of coffee for each cup with sugar if required.
3. Stir and bring to boil on low flame
4. Remove. Serve

Direction for uncooked version - "kafe Botz" ("Mud Coffee")
1. Use a drinking glass or a mug
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons coffee
3. Add sugar (optional)
4. Pour in hot water or hot milk
Stir well. Allow to stand for a few minutes. Coffee grounds will settle at the bottom.
